Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 19, 2026
Keepi Cards is operated by Obscurium LLC ("Obscurium," "Keepi Cards," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Keepi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
Keepi Cards is designed so that your greeting card photos, card images, notes, tags, memories, and similar personal content are stored locally on your device.
We do not upload your greeting card library or related personal content to our servers as part of the core app experience.
Unless Keepi Cards later introduces a feature that clearly tells you otherwise and you choose to use it, your greeting card library and related content remain stored only on your device.
Because this content is stored locally, it may be lost if your device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced, or if the app is deleted.
2. Subscription and Purchase Information
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store, Apple processes your payment transaction. We do not receive your full payment card information.
Keepi Cards uses Apple's StoreKit framework to display subscription products, process purchases, and restore purchases. In connection with subscriptions, Apple may process purchase and transaction information needed to provide and manage your subscription.
3. Support Communications
If you contact us for support or with a privacy question, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message, along with any information you choose to provide.
4. How We Use Information
We may use limited information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- verify subscription status and provide premium features
- restore purchases where applicable
- respond to support requests
- troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and service issues
- protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security risks
- comply with legal obligations
- improve the reliability and security of the Service
5. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your greeting card photos, notes, or memories to build advertising profiles.
We do not upload your greeting card library or memory content to our own cloud storage as part of the core Keepi Cards experience unless we clearly tell you about a specific feature that does so and you choose to use that feature.
6. How We Share Information
We may share limited information:
- with Apple, to the extent needed for App Store billing, subscription functionality, and purchase restoration
- with service providers that help us operate our website or respond to support requests
- if required by law, legal process, or government request
- to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Obscurium LLC, our users, or others
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and secure the Service using industry-standard practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may be able to:
- manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
- restore purchases where supported
- contact us with privacy-related questions
Locally stored content on your device remains under your control unless removed from the device or deleted with the app, depending on how the device and app are configured.
9. Website and Related Services
If you visit our website or open links to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use from within the app, your browser or device may make a standard web request to our website. These requests may include routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information as part of normal website delivery and hosting.
10. Data Retention
Because much of our content is stored locally on your device, we may not retain that content on our systems.
We retain support-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.
11. International Users
If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that limited support-related or website-related technical information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
